Testimonials

“SNO was a positive, supportive, and interactive environment allowing Network Operation Center leaders to focus on core operational concerns.”

Jake Fox – Manager of Network Operations Process & Systems Support

Zayo Group

“SNO is more than peers coming together and talking about metrics and best practices, it’s about breaking down the barriers between competitors (also between customers and vendors) to honestly discuss the hardships and triumphs we all experience in a network operations setting. Everyone comes to the table with a willingness to help the person next to them succeed and in such a competitive industry, that attitude is beyond refreshing.”

Laura Streetly – Manager, Operations Center Support

ZAYO GROUP & NOC Summit

“SNO is the only organization focused on the management and leadership side of network operations. We have found time and again that NOCs, no matter the size or sophistication, share the same challenges. SNO is a forum for NOC leaders to share their challenges and solutions, providing attendees with best practices from a wide range of organizations.”
